When I think back to when I first started colouring hair I can only remember it being a gamble. The colours of those days were very limited, people using them always looked like they had their hair tinted, and the dyes were also progressive (this means that the longer you left the dye on the hair the darker it became), which usually resulted in banding and unevenness of colour. One of the problems is that when you decide the colour you would like, how can you be sure that you will actually achieve the desired colour. Now, using The Computerised Hair Colouring System you can be guaranteed to get the result that you set out to get. All that is required are your eyes and your imagination to achieve the hair colour of your dreams. Eyes, the most important feature when colouring hair, but in some ways equally important is light. Hair colour and hair shine are light reflective so whenever I do a presentation I always make sure that the light is as good as I can get. The best light is natural daylight but there are other lights that are acceptable such as low voltage spots. The Computerised Hair Colouring System does guarantee perfect hair colour but you may find that selection of colours are not what you want. You may wish to be between a level 7 and 8 and to achieve this all you have to do is do a formulation on level 7 and do another formulation on level 8 and mix the two. Conversely, you may have had a gold colour from a previous formulation and found that it was not gold enough. There is nothing to stop you bending the formulation and adding a little extra gold (making sure that you keep to the basic rules).
